GET A BEAUTIFUL PORTRAIT & HELP DOGS IN NEED
This project highlights the beauty of black dogs which are too often overlooked in shelters while also raising much needed funds for animal rescue. $100 from each photoshoot will be donated to Milo Foundation.
The Photoshoot
All participates receive a private customized in-studio portrait session at our Pt Richmond location. Normally $600, we are waving this fee. Instead simply pay a $100 donation fee when booking your session on our calendar. $100 from each session goes to the rescue.
There is no obligation to purchase, but you will have a fun cinematic viewing appointment to review your proofs the week after your photoshoot via Zoom. At that time you can use your $300 artwork credit toward the purchase of digital negatives. As a guide, artwork begins at $495, while most clients spend $1200 and upwards on their finished art pieces and digital negatives.
We send our expert guidance and suggestions on what to wear for the portrait session including tips on how to prepare your dog. And we’re always here to help in case you have any questions or want to chat before your session. Chickpea Photography has been working with pets and their people for 14 years, so you can relax and know you are in good hands (or paws).
Like many little girls, I wanted to be a veterinarian when I grew up. but when I was 16, I discovered photography and knew that was my passion. Being able to combine my love of pets and photography is what brings me joy. Be able to create images that tug at your heart strings and make you laugh out loud is my super power.
When not working you can find me on the beach, or painting watercolors or binge watching the latest Netflix series. Oh and I almost forgot-cake-I love cake, lemon, chocolate, carrot...yum!
LOVELY WORDS FROM CLIENTS
"This is our 3rd session with Cyndi. She is fantastic and her photos & ordering options are great. She works wonders with humans and dogs alike to put everyone at ease. We couldn't be happier with the results."
"Loved working with Cyndi! She was so much fun and my dog was absolutely enamored with her. We are SO impressed with how the initial photos came out and we JUST got back the final edits! IN LOVE to say the least! Highly recommend Cyndi and her services!
"I first had Cyndi take photos of my dog, Rosie, 10 years ago. Now that she is a senior pup we went back and had a very fun experience during our session. And the photos are beautiful!! I highly recommend Chickpea Photography!
